Nice clean and comfortable hotel located right on the park. The room had everything you could need for a comfortable stay , decent beds, wifi , toiletries, aircon, tv etc Staff were friendly and welcoming

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. One of the highlights was the breakfast – a great variety of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. The location is also fantastic, Downtown I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a great overall stay

The reception staff were very attentive and accommodating. Chambermaids always kept our room impeccable tied and clean The lady incharged of the breakfast room, whose nationality is Venezuela always made us feel very welcome every morning . We are enchanted for having had such lovely staying in Pereira. We will stay in San Simon again in the future and will gladly recommend it to all our friends.

Very clean! Super comfortable Bed.Roomy.very friendly Helpful staff.need a taxi at 1am No problem there at the front desk 24hr.Free Breakfast on 2nd floor.Please tip everyone.a few pesos goes a LONG WAY. Restaurants within a few minutes walking any direction.

Central location in a busy part of town. Good breakfast with variety. Front desk recommended an excellent taxi guy to take us around the city. Despite it being a busy street it quieted down at night and there wasn’t too much traffic noise.

Fabulous breakfast! Gorgeous big room / bathroom. Comfortable bed. Great location! The staff were so helpful and kind. Cesar helped us organise a trip to a coffee farm and he and the receptionist couldn't have been more patient with my poor spanish! Would absolutely recommend!

We had a modern, spacious and comfortable room with a view towards the main square. Water pressure and temperature in the shower were great. Breakfast was very good, with a selection of bakery items, eggs prepared on request and a choice of juices and fruit. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was a good size with windows over a pleasant and lively square, yet it was quiet. Also very clean.

Great location, waking distance to restaurants, supermarkets. Free parking next to the hotel. Big and clean room. The hotel is very comfortable and has a good breakfast, we loved Calentado.
